Kim oversees all aspects of brand development, marketing and communication efforts for the company’s portfolio of assets. Kim has over thirty years of marketing experience working for several of the world’s premiere hospitality companies. Kim began her career at Morgans Hotel Group under Ian Schrager, where she rose to the position of Chief Marketing Officer, a position she held for over ten years. Following Morgans Hotel Group, she founded her own boutique creative agency, Sidework, which helped brands build and maintain cultural relevance, increase awareness and, ultimately, generate revenue and brand equity. Kim graduated from Boston University with a major in Finance and a minor in Hospitality.
