Giancarlo is responsible for asset management, underwriting, and reporting. Prior to joining Ten Five, Giancarlo was a senior analyst on the real estate team at SBE where he assisted in negotiating lease, license, and management agreements in the U.S., U.K., and Spain. He also held various roles at Davidson Hospitality Group, beginning as an analyst within the restaurant group overseeing analytics and reporting for a portfolio of 150 restaurants, and later moving on to the strategic operations team, which oversaw a portfolio of 70+ hotel and resort assets. Giancarlo holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Georgia.
