Paula is responsible for sourcing hotel acquisition and management opportunities to grow the Ten Five Hospitality platform. Prior to joining Ten Five, Paula oversaw hospitality investments with Realberry, a real estate developer and investor, where she executed on luxury hotel acquisitions and development across the country. Her experience to date includes sourcing, underwriting, capital raising, and seeing a project through due diligence to closing. Paula holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management and master's in Commercial Real Estate from CU Boulder.
