Tom is responsible for concept creation, quality control, back-of-house systems and overall growth as it relates to Ten Five’s culinary initiatives. Prior to joining Ten Five, Thomas was the Culinary Director for the Creative Culinary Management company, where he oversaw operations of multiple food & beverage outlets for The Seaport District, which included several restaurants, bars and catering services as well as concessions for Pier 17, a concert venue. Other roles include Executive Chef at Public Hotels, and Culinary Trainer and Coordinator at Jean-George Management, where Thomas was responsible for training staff and opening multiple outlets around the world. He was also a winner of the Food Network’s Chopped and was recognized by Zagat as one of NYC’s 30 under 30. Thomas graduated from The Culinary Institute of America with a degree in Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management.
